Personally i think it's pointless that the american government bothers with the rest of world at all, there are more immediate issues that i think the american government should take care of, in america; before kissing the ass of any country willing to blow them or have proven incapable of doing anything on their own; freeing up resources for american needs, rather than playing daddy for the rest of the world.

We're fucked either way. Right now they call us imperialist meddlers if we closed our borders down and worried about us only, you would hear all the bullshit about how evil we are for not helping anyone at all.

Cant say I agree. We could survive if we closed off, but we wouldn't be nearly as rich or as powerful if we did.
