My post had nothing at all to do with morals. It had to do with Law. It is against the Law to attempt to utilize free speech rights to harass another. BUT on the same token you cannot all together ban them from speaking publicly in areas where they are not harassing others.
That would be against thier rights of free speech.

a private company (or even federal/state organization -ie. libraries) have the right not to endorse a product, but that does not make the product illegal... and you CAN find those books in certain cities libraries or bookstores.

The government will always keep secrets. That is considered classified information and just because you cannot read it does not make it censored because by Law the government can withhold certain information. Hell it makes sense to do so.
