What do you people think happens after you die?

I, m not a believer in life after death of heaven or anything for that matter...I think that when we die, and our chemical compounts end on this world...we are noting...we break down back into cells and our matter some where down the line is used to feed bugs or something and the world goes on...Maybe not the happyest idea but I just cant see all of the nice poeple playing in some cloud city with never ending happiness...Thats my thoughts...

My inclination is to agree with Kevin. I don't believe in a life after death. If you ask me, perfection would be boring. And as for Hell, it's all a bunch of caca too... I do not deserve to suffer for an eternity merely because I refuse to accept something that cannot be proved and devote my life to it.. I don't think so people..

Hey, you can regret sins or accept them, but either way you die. So God can be everything, or nothing, but I can tell you a fact, you are going to die, and after that is just a matter of speculation. Live for now, even in pain rejoice that you can feel anything.

I hope I fade out of existance, but thats just me. But if other people are right, after I die, if there is anyone standing over me. Well I have full intentions of kicking thair ass and demanding answers. Like to the question "Why was I put through this hellish torture of living?!!!" People say that you can either go to heaven or hell. Well I choose "other". Thank you for your time.

it is my firm belief that we are not our bodies. they are merely tools to which we channel our energy. our aura's and soals are outside of us. so when a body dies, its just that, it cant really be looked upon as the death of a person because the person is still there, just not the being. after death i believe our energies go to a place called summerland to rejuvinate itself, after which it is reincarnated into another body, and the cycle continues. you can think this is bullshit if you like, but i thought id give you my thoughts on the matter.

Larkyn, I believe in reincarnation, it perhaps is the one thing I fear the most. My fear is that we don't have a choice in the matter. And we will be reincarnated anyway. My beliefs sway to the Indian ways. My spirt has been corupted and in the end I simply don't want to exist. I don't think what you say is bullshit.

heaven would be like a dream that you never woke up from. you would be half-concious. in that sense it could be eternal..

it wouldn't be perfection. it would be peace. it would be opening your eyes and seeing your one and only.. it would be just kind of drifting forever. there would always be this golden glow.. and it would let you know that somehow everything is ok now. your problems are gone. your tired soul may rest now. no more worries. just peace...

This is kinda related but what the hell. All I have to say is if Jesus christ came back to the world, do you think He will ever want to see a cross again? I think he would attend church as much as I do but I dunno that's my thought...I can see him being mobbed by robed men and women with crosses on their necks and carring even bigger ones, and the stoutest running shoes in the world couldn't save him. Irony.

If heaven is this place of goodness, and a bunch of old guys doing everything right I don't wanna go. Most of the things I do that I actuly Enjoy are sins and if I couldent do those thingsup there in heaven then maybe I don't wanna go. Not saying I wanna go to hell either... (Damn I'm screwed!!!)

...well maybe heaven would be different for everyone. the philosophical idea is that you are happy no matter what.. no matter how you get there. but you say you only enjoy sins? thats interesting. anyway i'm not the expert, i'm not even christian, so what do i know?

I am a Christian, but I don't have any specific faith or whatever. I hate Church's and shit, so I just read the Bible myself instead of listening to some preacher who reads a verse and twists it around his finger. I don't believe, I KNOW, that when we ALL die, we will face our judgement. Only two places to go after death, Heaven or Hell.
