Yep, did it for a couple of years.

*l* Well, I want to know what it's really like, I know its not all sex, although that is a good enough reason*lol*(j/k)
But what are the actual teachings, and is it better than traditional yoga?

The catch is, if you change partners it's gone.

The best way to start is to sit opposite each other in the lotus position and place your hands out in front of you, fingers pointing to the ceiling, about an inch apart from each other.
You then close your eyes and focus wholy on the other person, you will eventually feel their hands even though you aren't touching, when this happens it means your "energies" are phased together.
Once you've mastered this you can move on to getting the energy in your whole body into phase.

The muscle control aspect of it is pretty good to but it's just yoga.


Basically what it does is, have you ever made love to an empath? it's like that, it tunes you so close together you feel each others pleasure.

it's all bioelectrical (I can go into that but it robs it of it's romance)

My mentor does that... (not to me) I'd like to try once...it sounds interesting...

*l* I Actually Have Done the First Part. You remember how I said I came dangerously close to a blood bond?
It Came about because a day near when the blood part happened, me and my ex were sitting on my bed facing each other, we were holding hands, and We started to sing together, eyes closed, all relaxed. I don't remember when we suddenly wen into phase but I do remember when the song finished she felt like an extension of my being, and she felt the same about me... A so sweet.
Anyway, we didn't ever do that again, but ever after we would always sing in harmony with each other. *l*

If you go by the book it means about a month without sex.....

Fero, You Mean if You get that close to your partner? You have to go one month without sex?

According to tantra there is a whole ceremony thing where you tune yourselves together, it takes about a month and there's no sex (well sort of) during that period.

If it's a tantric bond you have, then to break it you just do it with someone else.

I can usually tune myself to people anyway but the sensations you get when they're tuned to you are preeehety good

I too have read a book on it...it's was rather well written, when I get home I'll post the authors, they are a couple who have been married for several years and do many seminars on tantric activity...I haven't done anything either...hmmm, maybe a trip to Ireland?
