you conversion? in all honesty I don't put much credit into those psychics. It's pretty easy to tell someone what they want to hear. What I would like to see is a psychic you don't give any information to whatsoever and then they get stuff right. Like don't give them your name, or give them a a false one. That kind of stuff...

montel has sylvia brown wednesdays, the problem there is while she has no info on the people she talks to, she says things in a way that anyone can relate it to their life...the "i see dead people" is getting old i fear.

i wonder what would happen if a person could demonstrate they have genuine abilities, ghost hunters is pretty startling though.

i got the point, but sadly my connection is way to, sucky to load anything on youtube...needless to say i don't have to worry about any download violations.

i imagine they have all sorts of tricks, from what i read about how to read palms and the history of psychics...it'd be an interesting class to take.

South Park did a great episode about Jon Edward's whole "talking with the dead" schtick which pretty much blew the lid off his performance.

As for psychics in general, I'd say the vast majority of them are frauds, especially anyone on TV.

I've always wanted to search obituaries for accidental deaths of psychics. Then you could just say "You know, they really should have seen that coming."

I think "vast majority" is a vast understatement. All of them are frauds.

Hell, Penn Gilette and some professor dude have offered a million dollar prize to anyone who can legitamately prove that they have psychic ability... needless to say their money is quite safe.

Yeah, that was the video I linked. There has yet to be a single episode of their show that I have disagreed with their stance, from pshychics to gun control to the death penalty to nuclear power. Those guys know their shit.
