maybe because 'national news' and society in general doesnt want to believe
in the paranormal. people would not accept these claims by this man, true or not.
mankind today needs a formula, some scientific proof of how this man predicted these events and then you watch people listen.

I doubt most people rely on their senses, they mostly rely on what is fed to them by propaganda. I mean, if everybody would rely on their senses (to start with 'common sense'), society as a whole would be much better off.
but i am not talking about common sense, i am talking about people only using their most basic tools of understanding, seeing, hearing, touching, etc.
if there is a greater power out there, it is nothing to us because we lack the faith that it might in fact exist (although out of our realm of understanding due to the fact that our senses cannot confirm its 'realness').
