yeah, the second one begun yesterday 18th january at around midnight local time wherever you are. the last one begun on 23rd october 2003 and lasted for around 2 1/2 months. i posted on that first quickening here:

this second one is much stronger and more powerful than the first one by a factor of 7. and the third one will be stronger than this second one by a factor of (7×7), the fourth stronger than the third by a factor of (7×7×7) and so on.

i haven't checked how long this second quickening will last for yet; i'll get round to it some time soon and post what i find out when i do so. the thing to realise about all such quickenings though is that they are periods during which esoteric progress can be made very rapidly indeed, far more rapidly, and far more easily, than normal. so my advice would be: use this time wisely and so progress greatly during it.
