Big question here.... how can someone tell you that you are going to hell... if you do something they don't agree with? to my knowledge, I believe god gave us all freedom in the begining.. and we were to do what we wanted to do, except for a few things.... and now cuz i listen to Deicide or other various Metal groups im commiting a sin? wtf come on people.. smell the roses, just because the bible doesn't want you to do some of those things, don't mean there is anything wrong with doing them. you are allowed mistakes because no one is perfect... and to follow every rule throughout your whole life you would have to be perfect wouldn't you? Ok so say you are atheist and don't believe in either... does that mean what you believe in is wrong and your life is wrong? what about all the different types of religions out there, cause the Muslims follow one religion and follow in its footsteps does that mean that Christians are doing wrong in there eyes? Just what is right and what is wrong? i wanna know that.. I have had a lifestyle that is considered forbidden in most peoples eyes, but i can't change that and I think i haven't done any wrong for the most part.... but i still feel judged by others and feel the pressures.... what do you people think about religion in general? what do you think it's all about? if you don't follow any religion and tend to stay away, what do you think?

Well I've already made it clear that I don't believe in hell....but the Bible does say, that if one knows what is right, and still does wrong, he is worse than one without faith...now i'm not judging you because people shouldn't do that in the first place..but maybe that's what..as twisted as it may seem, are people's reason for telling you those things. Though it is wrong for them to do so.

I am not a fan of organized religion. I also don't believe what you wear on your body, or what you listen to, or what you read, or watch on tv is going to condim you to hell. I grew up in that kind of dogmattic enviroment, and I've seen it ruin a lot of lives.
God did not create us to be robots, he did give us choices. I think you have to decide in your own heart what is right and wrong for you, and not let anyone make that decission for you, just as you cannot make it for someone else.

well, thats one of the reasons why I am athiest..i am tired of all the judgements of what right and wrong is....everyone has their own oppinion of wat right and wrong is, and as long as u feel in ur heart u know the diff, what should it matter? my mom is always telling me i'm going to hell, if i dont change my ways....and yet I have never done anything bad....its stupid...who is anyone to judge where you're going? it pisses me off sooo bad

I don't see any wrong in what i do, because the things i have done are things that I had to do in order to stay alive I think it's wrong for one person to judge another I think as long as you believe in what you are doin is ok and good... then its ok to do it, unless its specifically something said to be wrong..

honestly, i think that all the popes, preists, etc. just make that shit up so people will listen to them if not becuz they r interested then out of fear of going to hell. how r we suppose to know if hell isn't sumwhat like earth? i mean we've got serial killers, druggies, child molesters, retards hired to teach a grade smarter than them, so on and so forth. so u know we pretty much live in hell. or well, thatz me thinking neways. besides we don't even have our own privacy in the world, which pretty much sux when u ain't into old guys jerkin off while ur taking a shower in a hotel, mental ward, or even in ur own home. bla, bla, bla, bla, i think u get my point. i have been fully through most of that bulshit. so any1 that disagrees with me and hasen't experienced any of it well, u can sit on my jagged edged steak knife and rotate.

Well you can change your lifestyle, but you probalby wont be a very happy individual. I have heard this rant sooo many times, and I am guilty of bitching about the same thing myself.

You must realize though that no one will ever agree with you one hundred percent. Different people live their lives according to what other people have taught them, or according to what other people force them to do.

I, for example, am forced to do many things I do not wish to do in my life at this point. My living arrangments in other words. MY family does not agree with my ethics ect, and they made it a personal goal to beat their beliefs into me. I did not appreciate this and sufferd because of it. Dont get me wrong, I love my family and I am aware that they did not understand what they were doing, but I realize now that no one really knows what they are doing. Everyone lives their lives the best they can.

Best thing to do in my eyes, is to live your life the way you want to. Dont worry about heaven, hell, or coming back as a cockroach because you stole something from Walgreens. Many people are going to tell you that you are wrong, and are going to critisize something about you througout your life. Just dont let it get to you.

become an atheist/agnostic and live the way you want to, because if you don't believe in sin comitting one is not as bad as if you believe in them and do it anyway...
