I like to think I explore things rationally rather than go with what I'm told. As such I'd like to explore testimony I've heard that magic actually works. If you practice magic, you could please post a ritual or spell or whatever you choose to call whatever it is you do that's actually worked for you, so that I can try it and see if there's anything behind all the magic talk?

ive gotten my mother jobs by anoiting an orange candle with money drawing oil.not much of a ritual,but it worked(along with other numerous spells).

Three Times Three (3x Spell

To get rid of physical, emotional, or spiritual negativity, and to bring
forth balance in your life, try the Three Times Three spell.
This spell is best performed outdoors during the 3rd quarter moon.
You will need one black candle, a small spool of cotton twine, a small
amount of lamp oil, a deep dish to contain the candle, sand to fill the
dish, and a sharp knife or Witch's athame.
Using the knife/athame, inscribe the name of the person , or word
symbolizing the negative situation you are experiencing, near the bottom
of the candle.
Place the candle between your palms and breathe on the candle three
times. With each breath, imagine that you are exhaling the negativity
you have received unto the candle.
Take the cotton twine, and tie it around the base of the candle so that
at least two feet of twine hangs from the knot. Begin tightly coiling
the twine around the candle in a counter-clockwise direction. While
doing so visualize a giant, protective, mirrored egg surrounding you and
repeatedly chant:
Three times three, as ye have sown
Is thine to reap, thy harvest grown.
For best, for worst, for praise or chide,
The God's alone your fate decide!
Continue wrapping the candle with the twine until you have spiraled to
the top, covering every bit of candle. Loop the twine, tying it in a
knot to one of the coils at the top near the wick.
Next, take the oil and liberally smear the twine and the candle with
it--cover every inch of the entwined candle.
Pour the sand into the dish and then wedge the candle into the sand so
that it stands erect, then light it on fire.
Watch as the candle melts away, knowing that the magickal attack has
been deflected.

I don't Know the consequences for tampering with the unknown. I would'ent say that I am interested in the occult, and Magic,but rather fascinated. But I know better than to actually practice it.If you Don't know what your doing, you could very well invite something not so friendly. As for Wicca, that is a whole other subject.

I'm indian, and believe that your own will can do strange things! Like will things to happen! I do it all the time and have a 90% rate of it working for me! For me, when its working, it feels like your forcing your mind through a tiny hole but as soon as you push you feel a pull, like as your passing through the tiny hole your forcing but somewhere in the hole, it begins to pull! The more you do it the better you get at it, i started at wanting money now i can make people get hurt! Hell now when i want money, i can get $500.00 and started at $5.00, and as far as hurting things go's, i started at making people uncomfortable to breaking bones! Cool huh?!!!

DM, have you read any books about magick or spells? Runes or Ogham? If not, those are always good places to get ideas. Just read through the books and go with what feels right. You don't have to do what they say, especially not word for word, but they will most likely spark something in your mind that seems like the right thing to do.

Myself, I use candles as a focus for turning positive energies my way or the way of others. I carve runes and/or symbols into the candle while visualizing what it is I'm trying to accomplish. Then I burn the candle until the carved symbols are gone. As far as colors go, use whatever colors you associate with particular goals. I use green for things like success, black for protection or getting rid of negativity, red for health and energizing, etc... But like I said, it's most important that you do what YOU feel is right for you.

PROTECTION, The Five Pebbles
Go to a moving brook or stream. While standing in the water and facing
downstream, remove five small pebbles from the stream bed As you do
this, visualize your need for protection.
As your hand closes over the pebbles, see them beaming out protective
energies. Just as the pebbles are hard and have weathered for eons, so
too will they strengthen your protective shield.
Now carry them at all times for protection. If you wish, place them in a
small pouch or a fold of cloth, or incorporate them into some form of
jewelry.

* DIVINATION, Black and White:
Spend a few minutes gathering stones. Half should be dark and half of a
lighter color.
Place them on the ground before you. Ask your question or keep it in
mind. Close your eyes and jumble the stones around for a few seconds;
then, with your left or receptive hand, remove one of the stones.
If you picked a dark stone, the answer is yes or the prospects
favorable. If light, no.

*LOVE, Stone Love Spell:
Go to a place that contains many water-worn stones. Look for a large,
flat rock while visualizing yourself being involved with the perfect
mate.
On this rock mark with red ink two intertwined hearts. As you do this,
keep the visualization in mind.
When you are finished, bury the stone in the earth in an uncultivated
place.

A STONE-ATTRACTION SPELL:
Take any stone. Hold it in your projective hand for several minutes
while visualizing your need.
Flood the stone with your need and with your emotional involvement with
your need. Send power out from your body to the stone. Use your
visualization to see it streaming into the rock.
Then throw the stone into running water. It is done.

A STONE-BANISHING SPELL:
To be rid of diseases, unhealthy habits, hurt feelings and any other
disturbing manifestations of life, hold any stone in your projective
hand and visualize the problem in detail.
Visualize the part of you that is to be banished as entering the stone.
See the problem and its causes leaving you and infusing the stone.
When you can send no more energy into it, throw the stone onto a hot
fire, throwing with it the causes and manifestations of your problem.
Stand back—the stone may explode.
If you have no fire or don't wish to have rocks exploding, throw the
stone into the air or into water, thereby releasing the problem causing
energy from your body.
It is done.
