I will admit that I picked up the first book in the series, call it morbid curiousity... or simply a personal loss to the marketing department of the book.... do you guys remember how inundated we were with these books a few years ago. I was moritified by its obvious attempt to play on the fear the "sheep". Needless to say, once my curiosity was appeased, I decided not to continue on in the series... so I cannot speak for the books as a whole. I think its fucked up how they have found another medium and market to spread their plague upon.

That sounds kinda lame.

ya... but it will be a success if it can win the hearts of the conservative right.

It doesn't have any substance to it though. The graphics suck. The way they described the gameplay also sucks. I can't see this making too many sales.

have you ever seen adventures in odessey... its a christian cartoon, and being raised in a christian home, have been forced thru many hours of this... its shit, storys suck... cartoon drawings suck... but its one of the best selling VHS released cartoons of all time

the occult community caught onto this, months ago...and it is pretty scary what they are influencing and suggesting, in a world with so much hate, it's sad that there are those who claim to represent a religion of faith and love with violence and hate.

but it's really no different than any other people historically who've used something that was meant to guide people into better lives, to destroy those who don't agree with them or their views.

Oh man! i just read the game reviews and looked at a screen shot called "evidence for the Isrealites" that mentions the Merneptah stele. well ok first off in Egyptology they are called columns NOT stele, second, I have been to Karnak, and spent two days studying the wall reliefs with a military theme. gues what??? no isrealites to be found! and if my guide Salleh, who is a Karnak expert and renowned temple guide cant find it it aint there! there are lots of Caanaites ( which I think is what they are refering too) Lybians, Nubians (alhtough bythe time Karnak was built Nubia was prety much under Egytpian control although a few pesky raiders made it down the Nile a time or two) as well asPeletset. but most schockingly is the fact that Merneptah ( if they are refering to the first one) was not an exapnsionist Pharoah, it was not until Thutmose ( 200 years after) that major expansions into the Levant were made


the screen shot calims that " you may not think the bible is based on history but it is worth while to look at the actual archaeolgical evidence"

well, maybe thay should ask a real archaelogist!

Most Christian extremists are like that... IMHO, they fall from the same tree as those who blow themselves up in a crowd to try and get a point across.

Remember that old game where you get to play Custer and run around raping squaws? That one was awesome too...
