i figured that this might be the place... i don't even know where to begin... well sometimes in my head i visualize things... or pictures just start to pop up in my head... like just know... i looked over at my keybored... then i saw blood trailing down from it in my mind... with some type of a creature pounding on it... then i also visualized a nun carring a baby... but she was evil... dropped it and had blood on her hands... what the hell is going on... every time i see these images... it erritates me... they all could be illusion no, yes, maybe so?

Schizophrentic by the way, it is a hard one to spell, I will say that, I've just seen the word too many times(Thank you Wyoming education system) to not know how to spell it. Anyways. Those sound kinda like the visual flashes I always get when I close my eyes, and I have some creepy ones. Most horrifying so far is the baby wielding a rather large, bloody butcher's knife. They probably have some sort of meaning, I think in part with the one with the nun has something to do with the evils of organized religion(I don't like organized religion, too much of a pain in the ass, but this is not the place to talk about that), but I maybe wrong.

that happens to be visualitation or Astral projection. there's the dark one (like you is having, shy) and there's the foresight (the one in which you can see people from distances and visualize the past and future) or so I think.

I have some visions like that too, sometimes. it is not really the same way you see it. it has a riddle.

I interpret the vision of a evil nun droping a child as the current situation with the catolic church. the droping child is as droping the innocence and the purity(represented by the child) the blood in her hands is the guilt of such evil things and the evil look on the nun is the corruption of the mind.

that's my humble opinion, I could be wrong.

Interpretation of those types of things would be like dream interpretation, I would imagine.

Although there are books that say an image or symbol means something, it's actually more of a personal thing. (Freud, who started the whole dream analysis in therapy thing, disagreed strongly with "dream dictionaries" that claimed symbols in dreams were universal in meaning).

Something might mean one thing to one person, and something else to another. Depending on experiences, your associations would be different...

So... a nun to Shy.. might represent something totally different to what it would to me.. or anyone else..

Chupa did a good job of interpreting what the nun and the baby might mean... maybe if I feel motivated later on I might try to think of an alternative interpretation, just for variations sake... *Grins* Though I think the current interpretation has a good chance of being very accurate.

The keyboard with the blood and the creature... could very well be symbolic of how devoted you are to the online world, the creature symbolizing yourself, the blood symbolizing your life, the keyboard symbolizing the online world. Just as a very vague thing. The use of the blood, as representing life could mean simply that the internet is a large part of your life, or it could mean that the internet is such a large part of your life that it is hindering you from what you should be doing. Is the blood just sort of there, or does it sort of make you sick to look at it... like a very bad thing type of blood? I don't know how to explain it, but there's various ways that blood can "appear"...

I don't know as these would classify as Astral projection to be perfectly honest.. Chupa perhaps if you could clarify more how you are deeming these Astral projection?

well, is kinda confusing to explain this stuff. astral projections could be interpret in different ways, like I say before, as Foresight or visions or riddles.

I am not a kin with my own projections, since it's kinda weird. happens the same with the dreams. it just happens. lately, I did this "spiritual visit" while chating with a friend. I get to see her and I described her and her surroundings. but then it just when down and didn't saw her anymore. but that was a truly fasinating experience.

I have thus far had one experience with Astral Projection... it was really neat, and I want to buy more yellow candles to see if I can do it again, because that was the color candle I was burning while I slept that night.

We live right across the road from a small-ish shopping mall, and so there's this big parking lot right there. (great for parties) And there's bingo running late at night, so even at midnight or whatever there'll be a fairly full parking lot full of cars. I "dreamed" that I was in my kitchen, looking out the window fascinated because it was like the material world had blurred out of clarity, and the things that were still clear, were the natural things, the trees that line the roadside, the grass on the front lawn etc etc... a few cars were still in the parking lot, in fairly specific locations. There was this shadow by the fridge that came up behind me and as I turned towards it it was sort of like hearing but not quite 'cuz my ears were back in my bedroom with my body, it was just... communication of the purest sort. "What are you doing out here... you don't belong..... " and then it faded out and I woke up. I was incredibly disoriented and thirsty, so I went out to the kitchen, got a drink, and was standing in front of the window drinking the water, when I got like this big mental slap in the face or something, 'cuz I stared for a min and realized that the cars that were in the parking lot were in the -exact- locations they'd been in, in my "dream" which wasn't really a dream... since the parking lot had been full, there was no real way I could know which cars stayed, which cars went... so it was pretty cool. I figure the figure that said I didn't belong out there was probably the household poltergeist, and he's really cool and only ever does shit if the house is disrupted in some manner. He's not a violent one, he's just looking out for his home. The landlady and I figure it's the guy who built the house back in the 1940's or something and lived here his entire life until he died.

So yeah...

it's interesting to see this. your dream could be sort of a warning, a forsight of something yet to come, or perphaps it is a past trauma. but like I said, I'm not quite sure...

Chupa, I am going to ask you for a more detailed definition of Astral Projecting, in your own viewpoints.

This is how I always understood it to be..

In astral projection the astral body leaves the physical. The astral body is one of seven sheath bodies we all have - as we are all muti-dimensional. These bodies include the physical, mental, causal, etheric, emotional, spiritual.

What I have found is that some people can astral project naturally - and have been doing it for years. Other people are afraid to leave the physical body and struggle with it never being able to astral project. These people should try remote viewing as an alternative.

1. When you use the term "astral projection", do you mean that the astral body is projected to the astral plane?
No. The astral body is already on the astral plane, just as the physical body is on the physical plane. You do not "project" to planes but rather focus or tune in to specific planes. You become aware, or gain a different perspective. When I use the word "projection" I mean the separation of the physical and astral bodies.

this thing is sort of new to me. but your definition is the most accurate.

I was referring to astral projection, but in dreams. like, when you dream of something in particular and you swear it was real. it is a sort of communication with the outside world.

but your expaination was way better, anyway...

Oh no no! You may very well be the one that's right in this case. I have only ever had one experience like that.... it was beautiful and I enjoyed it much and would love to learn to control it... ~smiles~ As it stands I believe the household poltergeist as a long time resident of the Astral realm, felt I didnt' belong in that form, within his house, so he sent me back to bed so to speak. *grins*
