At one point during the course of Dark Forum I posted about how I encountered Deja Vu stemming primarily from dreams/nightmares that I would have and write down about.

A lot of people probably thought I was bsing or some such, but it is completely truthful.

However in the past year I have encountered this phenomenon a few more times.
Once while playing Survival Project(online game) I was running with some teammates along a bridge.
A sense of Deja Vu hit me and I remembered a dream where this same event was happening...and we were going to be butchered.
So I instantly stop and one second later my teammates are dead(Death/skeleton archers).
Whether it was experience, luck or actually my remembering of a dream wherein it happened the world may never know. Shortly after I commented on the Deja Vu thing I stopped writing down my dreams as they became more complex and difficult to remember.

Yet still this sense of Deja Vu occurs, such as when I'm watching a brand new movie on the big screen, listening to music, watching television, talking with people or even just playing video games.

Am I insane?

You're not insane. The sense of Deja Vu occurs to everyone. Not all people are aware of it.
There are several speculation why this happens. Some are based on the theory of time changes, some on the theory of rebirth and karma.

it's so freaky when you dream something and then it happens like 10 min's to an hour after you wake up!
