And for the sake of argument (I mean discussion!), I don't think they should actualy be classifed as "denominations" of Witchcraft, as they hold widely differing belief systems (unlike the Christian Denominations which have basicly the same beliefs yet see the need to split themselves up and become a smaller force to contend with), Jewish and Celtic witches, although both witches, see things (I think?!) pretty differently...

Anyway, back to the subject of Christian Denominations, hurry up and finish that list!

Keltic! Simply because I like how that cuture existed until it was destroyed by the; saxons, the vikings, the christians, anglos etc...I have called upon other deitys, I just tune into to Keltic deities easier. There is no set "You must worship..." The differences you pointed out refer to what group of deitys are worshipped, rather than different groups arguing over one God. So when I say I'm Keltic, other witches know that I draw upon the Keltic Patheon for my energies, and when someone says they're a... Satanic witch, I know that they honor different entities than I. I guess it really isn't to much different once I try to explain things, it's just simplier to see differences between various cultures. Since "most" witches base their following on a pre created patheon, rather than one person saying "This is what God told me, and this is how we worship." and threatening eternal damnation to the "sinners" who do not believe, worship or follow how they said God told them;and while each of those demominations have their own version of the bible, witches tend to be more liberal. I guess it's easier to say I'm a witch, then to explain why I am.

and wats even funnier is how everyone of those religions try to tell each other that they are the right religion...and yet from the outside looking in, they are all alike in some way

He did make an interesting point concerning the worship of God. What's not funny is that many will kill eachother over their beliefs, and there's the cults that kill themselves over their beliefs. Even those who don't worship God.
You never hear of witches killing eachother because of there different followings.

The most annoying thing about christianity, in my opinion, is that they claim to have sole right to the truth...when they can't even agree between themselves what their holy book actually means...

Society of friends or Religious society of friends isn't a new one, just a new name, they used to be called the Quakers

As for the Celtic religion being wiped out by the Saxons et al.
It's alive and strong here (Ireland) and anyway, the Celts stole their Religion from the Tuatha de Dannan and the FirBolg
The religion still survives in superstition and folklore and some of it was even adopted into the Catholic religion..

The two strongest points earth magic in the world (kind of like a ley line funnell) are in Dublin, Alister Crowley and his Goons build huge Obelisks over each one to try and tap their power, there are even rumours that there are tunnels into the bases of the obelisks and that there is a stone circle under each.

It is the Society Of Friends.... hmmm... Quakers eh,,,... well they try to pull it off like it is a brand new one....
