I recently posted this same message but I hope maybe I'll get SOME response if you all see how needy I am!!!! *begs like a worthless gutter creature* I'm currently writing a coursework piece for my A level Sociology, about youth involvement in cults. I was wondering if anyone here belonged to a group of a "cultic" nature, and whether you would be prepared to take part in an interview over the internet via MSN or if necessary by email. Age, gender and beliefs do not matter, however you will be asked to disclose these for the purpose of my research. This primary research is a very important element of my coursework, and I can't think of a better place to ask for public input It will basically be a discussion about the group you belong to, and the reasons you joined. I hope you'll be able to help me! Send me a Private Message or post responses here. Thanks all very much!

I don't think there is anyone Winter, I know there used to be a couple of people on here in cults but as you know, extreme views on anything don't get the friendliest of welcomes here and they fizzled away.
If you could change your coursework to "The view of Cults by todays youth" or something similar to show that todays youth makes far more educated decisions aboiut things like that than previous generations did, you'd probably get a quicker response, everyone has an opinion and cults these days are far more varying than previously, like that cult that cloned children, Al Quaeda etc. and unbiased information is far more readilly available than before.
Think outside the box
For a thesis in college I was given the first line of a story which I thought was too constricting so instead of starting the story "The ship released itself from docking bay one and left the space station for omega prime" I wrote "'The ship released itself from docking bay one and left the space station for omega prime' is the stupidest opening for a book I've ever heard, complained jeff"
I tried to start a cult once called The Great Shadow of Oblivion. Made a web site and everything. But there really wasn't anyone I knew that would be interested in such a thing. Then a video game got named after it, which didn't help things regarding it's seriousness. It was all one big mess.
