people aren't athiest or agnostic because of their "high" intellect. they are that way because they refuse to see the truth. they don't want to believe that there is a creator. they don't want to change the way they think.

An atheist or one who chooses to be agnostic is not doing so b/c of their intellect, I agree with that. But on the other hand they aren't refusing to see the truth, nor are they unwilling to change their thoughts. You can't make yourself believe in something you personally know you can't believe in. Like the Easter Bunny or Santa Claus. I can't sit here and one day say.."today I'm going to believe in God."

That's not necessarily true. Some just won't except it because they don't want to. That's the way it is because God gave us freedom to believe in Him or not.

They all became marteyers (is that how you spell it) Would you die for something you made up and didn't truelly believe in? You don't agree that some people are christian for other reasons.

Examples:
a) They were raised within the religion, and just decided to say their christian, have been baptised, confirmed, attend confession, mass and follow all the dogma?
b) People who accept charity, such as a homeless person at a christian souphouse, who pretends to be christain out of fear he will get worse treatment and participate in grace, and mass?

I don't either. I don't try to judge them and figure out which ones are 'real' or not or anything, but no, i wouldn't consider them 'true' christians.
