another thing we haven't taken into consideration, what kind of price range do you think you can afford for this thing?

alright.. well if I have a few months to prepare.. which it looks like I'll have more than I few... I could probly afford like... maximum of 500-600 dollars.. or atleast thats what I would be willing to spend on airfare-rooms-etc-etc

i'd hardly call it a social night. i'd call it a vacation, you know in some parts of the world people will actually drop money for a vacation. and i'd hardly say it'd be 500 not including airline tickets. i'd say it'd be more like 500 if you included airline tickets, and that'd be pushing it.

Hm. Well, were are you buying tickets? It costs $200 to fly from Portland to San Fransisco. So...to east coast...mmm, not pretty. Any my cost was taking flight into consideration.

And a vacaction? To meet online people? Wow. Either I'm old fashion, or that doesn't sound like a vacation but more like an outing to club, which is a social event... Just because it may be further away for some doesn't mean its a social event.

The summer, Nov. and December. Those are the travel months. Nov.-December due to the two major family holidays involved, and like hell they'd bother to flux the price for the month or so inbetween the two holidays.

I flew from Kansas City to Vegas in december for $90 round trip. It all depends on where you look to get your flights, you can get pretty good deals if you're careful.

There's several casino boats in North Myrtle Beach. I have some free passes to the StarDancer that expire in 2006. Fun times.
