Hmm. Let me look. I'll base it off my system here at work.

09/10-09/13 for two people in ocean front is $40 and side with two doubles is $40. But our property is weird. I would say about ten-fifty dollar difference everywhere else. September is ass cheap though....especially the middle.

Damages will fall on each individual for his or her room. Some people under 25 may be required to pay a deposit also. I know we charge one. I can arrange the deals and get the rooms. But I am NOT paying for anyone else's fuck ups.

Also, how big? Depends on how many of these people actually plan to make reservations with us.
