And there is no such thing as a "genetic thing" Well there is... low metabolism. But that doesnt mean people like that are destined to be fat. This guy looks like he scarfs down entire large pizzas, followed by 2 liters of coke. If he just had 2 or 3 slices and 1 cup he wouldnt be obese. Therein lies the difficulty and the bane for people who pretend being a lard ass isnt thier fault. You can have a slow metabolic rate, but if you arent stuffing your ass you wont grow. You cannot gain weight on a restricted diet, its NOT PHYSICALLY possible. And therefore fat peoples weight issue is an issue of self control. Not genetic disability.

There's exceptions to every rule. I know people that have thyroid problems who eat almost nothing and are still quite large. But, for the most part, you're right. It's all about stepping away from the fucking table.

Yes, I am fat. And I bet you don't care why, but here it is.

I was put on a medication as a child, wrongly so, and it slowed my metabolism down to a crawl, I barely eat, I walk a lot, and I drink plenty of water. I used to have a waist size 36. As you can see, that has changed, thanks to the medication. It made me lethargic.

Feel free to judge me all you want, it just proves how shallow you really are. I believe that you shouldn't judge someone just on their looks alone.

I weigh 380 lbs. and 60% of it is from muscle mass. It's hard to get rid of fat. But hey, I lead a good life, and if you assholes want to make fun of my size that's just fine by me. Like I said, it just proves how shallow you are.
