I was thinking I was great today, showing off to my buddies, the coat I am on making and I put it on to show them how kickass I am and how kickass my coat is looking when I felt this sharp pain in my shoulder... Then in my back, then while I struggling to get the damned stupid thing off, there was this excrutiating pain in my thigh...

So I looked down and my thigh was bleeding through my jeans, I went to the bathroom to find a pin stuck RIGHT IN my thigh... Like I am talking so far in, only the head of it was sticking out...

I forgot to take out the pins.... I forgot to take out the pins.... I fucking forgot! I am a fucking dolt....

wait a minute....i'm slightly confused.....you made a coat, and it had pins in it?

my favourite was the time when i made a huge collage invilving broken bits of mirror, as soon as i was finished glueing and it was dry i was showing a couple friends and pointing out the symbolism (broken mirror), when i nicked both of my index fingers on the mirror itself and proceeded to bleed all down the front of the collage.

havent done that yet. i stupidly tried to clean some paintchips off my razorblade once (completely not thinking at all) and sliced the length of my thumb open. yes, i was a dumbass. all i can say is im glad i decided not to LICK them off.

for scissors, i learned not to lay the material on my bed when i cut, cos i cut thru the fitted sheet.

I tried to make a shirt last year and for the first time EVER, I ran it through the sewing machine and realized that I had sewn the armholes togeather... I hate it when I have to pick stitching from garments that I make mistakes on... I shouldn't make mistakes...

I will never cut material on the bed though... I mean, I don't want to cut through my linin...
