Why Are There Spanish Channels?

Hmmm?
I don't have any French, Italian, or Native American channels.
But ...
I have Spanish and Korean, and a channel that varies (it had Haitian television in the Haitian crisis, has had a Japanese movie or two).

spanglish is america's unofficial language. if you don't beleive me get on a airplane or go to disneyland. every instruction is repeated in spanish. pretty soon we won't even pueda hablar inglés...

i have no networked television...so i really don't know, i do have a nice dsl connection however...our tv, jsut plays dvd's and videogames...no use for it otherwise.
