I'm being stalked by mormons...what's up with that? The last month the same guys has stopped me 8 times, trying to convince me to accept Jesus in my heart, waving their little Bibles and pamphlets...I'm starting to feel persecuted.

I mean, I have nothing against religious people in general, but why do they insist on trying to force their religion on me? I don't want it. I've tried to tell them nicely that I don't want Jesus in my life, unless he's got the winning numbers of next weeks lottery tattooed on his butt...but they just don't get the hint.

Argh.

Next time, I'll curse them...or threaten to conjure up Satan or something...

Nah, that will only strengthen his resolve into forcing you to the right path...

We get the same here..there is a preacher who stands in the middle of the city and shouts about God and Jesus and tells us all we can be saved etc... (I admit he is somewhat of an eccentric (sp?) ) The once he caought hold of me by the arm and dragged me into the middle of where he stands and shouted in my face about being saved...I told him no thankyou and asked for him to let go of me and he decided to announce to the whole town I had refused God and Jesus in my life and was therefore a Devil's child and that I would burn in hell (I was about 5 seconds away from either hitting him or calling the police and doing him for assualt) Now every time i go through town and he spots me he calls out that I am a Devil's child and all that crap because I wont accept his religion.
I am thankfully not the only one who gets this treatment and try as we might the council and police refuse to move him from where he stands everyday. I am a believer in free speech and the man has any right to worship whatever he wnats...but it is going a bit far to grab people off the street and then shout at them everytime they walk past...Thats just harrassment.

yeah thats harsh we used to have a couple of people around town that did that stuff... there was this one guy who used to stand on the corner of the main street his bible in hand yelling out a whole lot of stuff i could never understand him but he'd be there most friday &saturday nights... now they just seemed to have dissapeared cos i havent seen them in ages...

You can usually fuck those people up good by actually arguing the points of their doctrine with them. People who are loud in their faith are usually covering up insecurities. Expose any flaws they might have in their beliefs and they'll crumble like a house of cards.

if it is Mormons.... just offer them coffee... hehe... that will get rid of them quick...

Actually.. The pros have answers to anything thrown at them.

These guys go through (MTC, Missionary Training Center) weeks and weeks of study and training for knowing exactly what to say to whatever you throw at them.

Tell them if they pay you, you'll listen to what they have to say. Your time is valuable, but for $250/hr you'll let them talk.

I just nod, smile and take whatever they try to push into my hand. Makes them go away in two minutes tops. Or I say I follow Allah. That usually works, too...

I was stalked by mormons not so long back, they thought it would be nice to come to my place as they were bothering my friends across the road. So I kept my door locked for 2 weeks...lol

Its un unwritten law of any religion that to be a true believer, you must get as many people into that religion as possible. It's pathetic really. If any fanatic calls you satan, try being nice to them, that'll rattle their cage a bit.

Perhaps it's different for me because I'm actually a Christian. I expect their training mostly applies to fending off Wiccans and the like. It's hard for them to resort to the "You're going to Hell!" argument when I'm already technically going to Heaven automatically in their doctrine.

I need little training to smite Christianity and their god... Very little indeed. A few tips:
Question the goodness of a god, who sends diseases, plagues that kill millions (Black plague, nowadays, Aids... Cancer ect.)
Question the goodness of a God in who'se name, to this day, men, women, children and animals alike are slaughtered... The explanation that this is not God, but man does not suffice: He who does not act, is as guilty as the perpetrator!
Question the existance of a God who to unbelievers cannot display his existance directly. He needs other men for it. As if belief spreads much like a infection... Like flu.

I'd almost want such a mormon to head my way... Would love to hear the answers to these questions... Among a few others. They'll prolly end up convinced that I am posessed or something *g*

They're pushy little devils aint they?! I couldn't bring myself to be blunt with them (go figure) I figured they'd get the message when I kept blowing them off...but NOOOOOOO! They just invite themselves in your house too...and they send some half crippled old lady that can barely walk or has crooked eyes or some shit so you feel sorry for 'em....finally Red took over for me..."DON'T YOU GET IT BITCH! FUCK YOUR GOD!!!!!WE HAVE OUR OWN!" They never came back.

Not Judaism. It's the first religion I've ever seen that doesn't do that.

The last time mormons came to my house, I sprayed them with a garden hose. It shut them up really quickly. Then I put a small sticker next to my doorbell that said "Mormons will be shot." Needless to say, I don't have any problems with mormons right now.

I used to work with this guy and he was a JW and he used to scold me for being such a whore at work basically. Not a whore but I had a filthy mouth and I horeplayed around with the guys alot...they always grabbed my ass and stuff.
Well one day this JW guy gave me a big lecture on how I was a creature of God and deserved respect like a lady blah blah and after a while I started buying into it a bit (these guys were my buddies...I didn't feel sexually harrased or anything...I was just as guilty...grabbing nut sacks and stuff...)
but the JW dude really started to make me feel dirty so...he envited himself to my house and I agreed. He came over with his guitar and was gonna teach me all about it you know...I was just curious so...I let him go...
He sang love songs on his guitar and talked about the olden days when he was my age and stuff....then he started talking about his first love and how I reminded him of her and (this guy was married with 2 kids and shit) and it started getting wierd.
So the next day at work he tells me he had a dream and him and his wife babtised me...he starts going into detail about how I had on a thin white cotton gown and they dipped me in the river...and I came up all wet and he could see my hard dark nipples through the gown...by now I was feeling totally violated!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Grabbing my ass,tweaking my nipple and calling me buttercrotch me after I grab your nut sack in the changeroom because your my buddy(we had to put on these bunny suits because we worked in a partical free cleanroom) is one thing...but some married dude with kids luring me into trusting him in a spiritual fatherly way and then turning around and getting all sexual on me was the freakiest shit I ever went through...he fucking called me and bugged me for a long time and finally this guy named Joe told him to lay off or he was fired and getting his ass kicked. The dude started talking about leaving his wife and kids because "I was the chosen lamb!" What the fuck...I was sure the man was going to tie me up in his basement and eat me. When I started telling him that I was no longer interested in learning about JW's...that I'd had enough...he got mad as hell. Then he started in with...I'm going to a psychologist now and she says that it all stems from my first love lost...blah blah...DUDE FUCK OFF!

I might be going kinda off topic with this.. but.. those questions are easy to thwart. I'll try and give you some "christian" answers to them... this is what i believe a christian dude will say..

1) Question the goodness of a god, who sends diseases, plagues that kill millions (Black plague, nowadays, Aids... Cancer ect.)

Ans. God tests his people like this and will eventually lead to the most amount of good. Plus these plagues are due to humans themselves. plagues are due to bad sanitation, aids is due to stupid sexual acts.. cancer is due to pollution and stuff.. Natural Disasters exist because they are the bi product of the oceans, land and all the natural stuff. And he is all powerful and omnicient and we cannot understand his ways because we are unable to reach his level of understanding.

2) Question the goodness of a God in who'se name, to this day, men, women, children and animals alike are slaughtered...

Ans. God does not endorse/support such actions. Which god are u talking about?

Question the existance of a God who to unbelievers cannot display his existance directly.

Ans. This life is a test. Whether the people believe in a god or not is the main test. If God reveals himself then thats like showing us the answers and we will have cheated on the test. There is ample proof of God eg. the trees, birds, life, the universe. If you cant see all that then you are too stupid to enter heaven
