What's the absolute worst thing you've ever done to anyone that at one point was your friend or partner?
just curious 
mine is that i was going out with this guy and he broke up with me after 2 years for some 15 year old (whom he had been dating for 3days before we broke up) so i fucked his best friend in my ex's bed and got him to pull out just in time on my ex's pillow.

what I can recall...
It was a friend's girlfriend who haved the hots on me(for some strange reason, guyz with the nails painted in black turned her on...)and she was "Christian" and assisted to church...
she invited me to the church, so I went(didn't enjoyed much anyway...)and after that, she wanted me to stayed in her grandma's house! she slept with me and in that morning, my friend(and her boyfriend) cought me in her room getting dressed!
he didn't say a thing... he just went out... and the rest is just history...
Oh!
and I'm planning to wreck my boss's car...

So what of the Toaster anyways? Like a human it functions when interacted with, and sits idle when not. Its lifespan is short, and when its all over it seems that it had but one task in life, and when it "dies" it might be filled with regret... what of the Toaster?

Indeed, it is used like the aluminum scrap it is. Now let us imagine this toaster is sentient. Were it like us, it would feel used, and would most likely direct animosity or discontent towards its users. However, imagine that it were functioning at an intelligence much higher than ours… Would it be further discontented, or would it be less contented because it could accept the nature of its existance? Is it even within our comprehension?

Alas, that is a question only the Toaster could answer...
But I believe that if it had a higher intellectual level than that of ours, I think it would be content in knowing its purpose and having served that purpose to its fullest abilities.

Ah, but inversely, if we are to look at creature of intelligence lower than ours, we see that the less intelligence one has, the less conviction one holds. A turtle cannot hold a grudge. So were it true that the Toaster would be contented to serve its purpose, we would notice a definitive emotional pattern in the evolution of thought. If humans are at the middle of the spectrum of intelligence, we are the most emotional, however the toaster and the turtle, complete opposites of the spectrum, feel less emotion.
The question becomes now, is emotion an effective tool for measuring intelligence? Were this true, we would effectively have a loop in the progressive of emotional, and therefore intelligence, development.
So we've met a dilemma…
