No, child, labels do not suck anymore than oysters, brooms, or shelves suck. It's what they're used for and, most importantly, how you choose to interpret the label that makes it negative or positive. Which is still a matter of perception.

now, you see, i used to wear all black, and still do from time to time, and own the one and only true biographical work about Elizabeth Bathory (The Bloody Countess: The Atrocities of Erzsebet Bahor) and used to love Cradle of Filth back, way back, in the day...say '97-ish, but i *cough* ain't no goth......wow, cough and goth rhyme....i'ma remember to use that....
