I'm sorry, there is something sadly disturbing about the thought of reporters and writers going to do these interviews, and also including their own reports on what it tasted like...
I don't think I would ever actually be able to eat, knowing that what I was consuming, was large bites of cooked human flesh. *frowns*

Every human would taste different, especially depending on their diet.. Vegetarians would tend to taste more like beef.. while omnivorous humans would taste more like pork.. Either way, it'd be salty due to our extremely high salt intake. It'd also be very flavorful, due to the extreme variety of our diets.
You ARE what you eat. You also taste like it! ^_^
Also.. I sorta figure it normally tastes like a combo of chicken and pork.. because that's what it smells like when someone's skin burns.

I have to agree on the 'you are what you eat' thing. I dont think it tastes ANYTHING like any meat I've ever tried... its pretty tough in most places. Has a delicate flavor, salty, and sort of a metallicy flavor.

I recall reading one of Anton LaVey's books were he and some dinner guests had feasted on human flesh. Somehow they got an amputated human leg, then they roasted it in the oven.
I think Anton LaVey used the term "long pig" somewhere.
