| Welp, I've made my decision -
01-30-03
After talking to the Army recruiter last night for 3 hours and then talking to my brother (who was in the Army for 6 years), I decided to go into the Army. The Air Force was starting to give me shit, and I'm already familiar with the Army. So I'm going to be a Linguist, just like I originally wanted. I'm going to MEPS on February 9th, and I'll probably ship out for boot camp in or around the end of March. So that means around the end of June, I'll be in Montery, California, and I'll be there for a year. I'll keep everyone posted and stuff as I can.
ArSiNiK: I'll be like 50 miles away from San Fran; how far away from there are you? ________________________________

All. I don't want anything to be too easy, I would like to be challenged once in a while, not grow old and fat like a lot of the navy guys over E6. And besides, I hate being on boats, and water in general. I'll be in the middle east or the pentagon with my job, but I'll be on solid ground. And I'll probably be doing pushups constantly, because of my smart mouth ________________________________

I'll probably go overseas, but it's okay, I want to. And they'll keep me safe, considering my choice of job takes around $91,000 for the Army to train me. I'm not going to be a front line guy. I hate the fact that I'll be a remf, but it's safer that way. ________________________________

THe navy outfits do suck but then so do all military outfits... i wouldnt have minded the Pea Coat though.. those things are cool as shit. but i love the ocean and ships and foreign lands, so i guess thats just my taste... oh well good luck.

I love the traveling aspect, and the navy probably travels more than anyone, but I'm so picky about the outfits. And yes all of them do suck (ha ha) but I think I like the army outfits most. And the good thing is, as a linguist, I have a decent chance of wearing civilian clothes on a good bit of my assignments. Well, that and I also get a $20,000 signing bonus To bad it takes them 2 years to finally get it to me, but oh well. ________________________________

Im comin to US in a couple years..
Duddy the army? Why? My ex wanted to, stupid man. Not saying you're stupid, just mad A golden energy
Was rising out of my head
I shed my evil skin
And found myself again I was wrong, I don't mind
The impossible seems possible
This time I'm an electric wire
If the sun can radiate then so can I

Well, this is how I see it. I have no earthly idea what I want to do in life. And honestly, I'll say I can be a bit immature sometimes. The Army will pay me more money than I make now, and I won't have to pay any rent or utilities, and they'll take care of me and keep me in shape for 6 years, and I'll be learning a very nice job skill. Plus, I'll learn many ways to kill people with my bare hands, and to me, that is actually really appealing. ________________________________

If you go to war, run backward and bent over so you get shot in the ass. Million dollar wound, man. They'll ship ya home and all you have to do is sleep on your stomach for a while.
