So, I have FINALLY started a web-site these past few weeks, am working on gathering my thoughts and past writings, and I was wondering how many people have experience as webmasters.

The problems I've come across: I am totally inexperienced; I'm learning dreamweaver spectacularly easily (although I can't do the neat things I envision yet, I'm sticking with simple does it until I actually have some substance on-line).

I think it'll be a neat literature/film/music site once I get it up, but I was wondering if any experienced people might, um, help me on some specifics when I get to them .

Might've had better luck from actual webmasters who check the Computers and Webmaster forums, than from a lot of people who don't have the first clue about a website ?

I had already posted a question way down there; only Aeternus answered in the last week .

I'll go ahead and do some stuff on my own for now, but anyone that is willing to help, I'll send the url when I get an alpha version on a freebie server.

I have one neat thing I want to do with my left frame; I know it's possible with javascript, but don't have a clue how to do it .
