are you ever good at telling it... if not then why are you afraid to tell the truth... to someone weather its your friends... or someone around you... i don't see what is the big deal to me on telling the truth... depending on what it is though... if it doesn't hurt someone or not... even if its something over something so small...

i mean you could put the truth in a nice way.... not all mean like how some people would do... but hey others speak out there mind...

i rarely tell lies to people. i prefer telling the truth or not telling anything at all. sometimes i do, however, but those are mostly rather harmless lies. i never tell to people what they would like me to hear, i tell them what i really think. so, whenever i tell i like or don't like something or somebody that pretty much means that. and i never lie to friends, because i don't like betraying their trust. i'm not against people telling lies though, as long as it's harmless. it's just that i do not like to do it myself. i'm not too mean too. if the truth may be too bad, i may prefer to keep it to myself.

you know i'm the same way... i rarely tell lies... but if i were to tell someone the truth... i would make it sound... not to harmless... to where it would not hurt someone... sometimes i think that it is important to speak your mind... also to be open with the people around you... i say to the people that aren't afraid to say... what they want to say... i mean wow thoughs people have courage in doing so... which i find that is great...

yeah, that works for me as well. when i tell truth to people i prefer to do it the way that will inflict as few harm to their feelings as possible. well, that's unless i don't like that person at all

I see no point in lying. Brutal honesty isa bit cold but to I could really give a shit less about someone's little feelings. I'll give my unwanted opinion whenever I feel like it. If people don't like it then they should be more careful about doing or saying whatever I commented on.

I will admit, it is fun to lie to complete strangers though. If you don't know them and will never see them again, why not have fun with it? I lie my ass off to people who try chit chatting with me in lines, waiting rooms and shit like that. I'm a great liar.

i've had problems with lying to my parents and such in the past, and i lie about what i'm thinking and feeling and such, but i think that lying to your parents doesn't always count because there are things that your parents are just happier not knowing, and as for your thoughts....damnit they're my thoughts and i can tell you what they are or i can tell you what you want to hear, it doesn't matter cause they're my damned thoughts and as long as i keep my real thoughts to myself no one will know i lied....

yeah honesty could be a bit cold... but so what... at least you are honest though... that is the most important thing...
