How many times do you find your self talking to yourself...

Well.. talking to real people.. who aren't real.. or.. like.. talking to real people who aren't there.. but you talk and ¥ou can hear them reply.. but the¥_aren't replying.. its your brain talking... and then you kind of get out of that phase and then go like.. haha whoops..

hmm...sometimes i talk to myself like i'm someone else. for instance, i'll say "what the hell are you doing?" when i realize i'm doing something stupid, or i'll tell myself to calm down when i start to freak out.

There's nothing wrong with that. It's called an Inner monolouge and it's perfectly healthy.
Now if you are talking to yourself and you cannot distinguish if the voices you may or may not hear in reply are real or not . . . That's a problem.

Yes, that is what an inner monolouge is. It's a dialouge with the other voices in your conscious and sub-conscious.

no i hear them to. sometimes when i don't even notice
~giggles at my self histerically~ i have a conversation with my self. then when i finally realize that i'm having a conversation with my self. i roll my eye and laugh at my self latter.
sometims i used to do that when i was at school. some people would catch and look at me weird and walk off. i would just look at them and smile like i'm all sweet and innocent.
i remember my teachers having a talk about this in class one time.

the voices are another reason why i can't sleep right know. its like 20 in the moring. the voices kept yapping away. so i said fuck it i'll come onto the computer and when i get tired i'll go back to bed.

talking to myself is one of my trades... it's the thing that keeps me happy

constantly. do it all the damn time. all the time. every minute. i have conversations with myself in my head and with other people and talk to myself in the mirror and everything. i dont know what it is, maybe i just am freakish. oh well fuck it.

i get pissed at myself all the time. i constantly call myself names and ask myself what the fuck i was thinking. then i smart off to myself and its on. fight club ain't got nothing on me.

as you can see if you wouldnt talk to yourself on DF, you'd be freakish.

People tend to worry more when I laugh to myself rather than talk to myself.
