When I first came here, Darkness had existed for maybe a month and a half. And yet, I was still considered pretty much a newbie for three or four weeks. At that time, three weeks made up 30% or so of this site's existence. Now however, people come on this site, spend two days here, declare themselves grizzled veterans, and rant about the good old days or how this site never has any good people aboard. These are people who have been here less than 1% of the time this board has existed. What's with this, anyway? You'd think as the site got older it would take a comparitively longer time for people to consider themselves veterans, but apparently that's not the case.

all the veterans get fed up with the shit here and leave.im thinking about doing that too.

and jaded, to answer your question, the palest are blending in with the walls. if you think about it though, its the same way on the outside to. i mean, i know about 5 goth guys. thats about it. the rest are on their way to be goths, but they aren't confident enough. just more proof that girls are kewler than boyz. You know what? I've been thinking that for some time as well. We have people on here that registered in like, December or January, and they go around ranting and raving about how this site has gone to hell, and why cant it be like the old times. I just dont get it...

Oh, if only it was as understandable as December or January. Most of the people doing this joined in February, or God forbid, March.

well first of all...its a website, and people are bound to bullshit, i am no veteran, i;'ve been here awhile, but not to long. I dont come to often anymore because i never really find things i want to reply to. But the point being, it is a website...so....i wouldnt care to much if i were you.

Oh, I'm not deeply affected or anything I just thought it was very odd. The assumption would be that as a week became a lesser and lesser percent of Darkness's existence, it's significance would go down. Yet it seems to be quite the opposite. I merely created a topic about it because it seems to defy the laws of natural logic.
