T-bone steaks are my favorite cut, my favorite seasoning for them when grilling is simply salt and pepper, and I like mine medium-rare leaning more towards the rare side.

i don't eat steak, but i cook it pretty often for my roommates. i'll usually rub it with minced garlic, some general steak seasoning and then marinate it in barbecue sauce for at least an hour before throwing it on the grill.

I'm not really a big fan of steak, but on those rare occasions when I do have it, I like either rib eye or t-bone. Cooked somewhere between medium-rare and well-done.
