Don't worry, I'm exaggerating. A week long camping trip is the longest I've gone without bathing properly. I was beat when I staggered home but I still bathed thoroughly before resting.

Dunno, I can't sleep properly if I feel dirty. We camped up in the mountains once and I still washed in the waterfall... The bloody freezing leech-filled waterfall *shudder*

All well and good but I was in the middle of the woods on a mountain so there weren't any bodies of water nearby. We did the best we could with wet wipes and rubbing alcohol.

showering every day just makes ya feel dirtier when you don't because by showering every day you strip the natural oils out of your skin and then the production rate increases. therefore, you're all greasy on the second day, whereas if you shower every other day...or shower every day but only wash your hair every other day...you won't get gross and oily as quickly

I'm not defending dirtiness though, if you stink, you stink. ifyou're filthy, you're filthy...no excuses, be clean.
