i really don't know how it happens...i always thought it was my dazzling charm and stunning wit that got me here...but in the same token it also had me removed and then replaced and well...*shrugs* here i am again!

If you post good thoughts in the appropriate forums that are seeking a moderator...and can get along with most of the populace, those are good ways too.
