actually I think they use the female clitoris and take that out of the body to make it resemble one. If they were too attach one, i think its unlikely you will have much feeling in it.

why would anyone want to give them selves a sex change? i know that there are some people out there that aren't happy with the way they were born. if you weren't cut out to be what ever it is that you wanted to be as a boy or a girl. then suck it up and move on. don't have a sex change cause you are going to be classified as a freak. | |

People (If they really want to) should have a possibility to do it.
And here a serious problem appears:
I should know whether a person I've met had changed their sex or not (just in case of some serious relationships ). But "labelling" those people will surely lead to discrimination.
