There's a difference between 'normal' and 'average'.
112 might be the average but 90-100 is normal.
In melbourne (city I live in) there are two newspapers; one is written so that a person with a university degree can read it, understand it, and enjoy it, while the other is written so that someone with an 8th grade education can read, understand, and enjoy it.
Guess which paper sells more copies on a regular basis... | |

perhaps using some other type of system,
ie: short answer.
This would allow for people to express their answer, not ot grade on spelling or vocabulary, just how well the individual makes an argument.
Also, if you ARE serious, I'm Fluent in PHP/MySQL, HTML 4.01, XHTML 1.0, JavaScript, XML, ActionScript 2.0, C/C++, and many others, so, lemme know.
But, I dont think that anyone here has a PHD, so people might not feel that your exam would be worth a hoot!
