my school said no costumes for halloween so i wore an average thing i wore and just did some "different makeup" with blood dripping out of my eyes ect. and i flipped at the principle for tell in em to take it off.. i mean hey my makeup takes a while to put on and yet they wanted me to take it off... i think its rediculous to say no costuems on the best day.. the devils holiday or whatever youd prefer to call it... so i got suspended and almost had the cops called on me for disruption ( i was cursing out everyone nad hsit and screaming...) what is every ones opinion on this.......

i mean everyday to me i look the same jsut on halloween i go more extravogant on the makeup but seriosuly i shouldnt be penialized for it and crapp and hte principle said if i say anything its 1 + days per time i sppeak of suspension i mean, arent we supposse to learn in schools, but suspending or putting children in in school for these reasons, isnt that slightly riduculous. how is a costume or the certain way peopel were their makeup goin to affect the learnin process.. i mean i was bolistic on the treatment i got so i flipped i do have anger problems and tend to get flippy at people when then get right beneath my skin.....the makeup i did today, i used to do like 2 years ago and never once was in trouble but just because i brought that back on halloween i got to be penalized for it......

but is how we dress or look should that affect us?
for anyone who does goto like highschool, did anyone have problems?

Well.. There a sociological reasons for not allowing costumes.. there are also other things like Limits and consistency..

First of all having no student stand out visually means that the administrators have more control over one and there aren't any people that influence the kids to rebel... The same way prisoners all have to dress the same to keep it less rowdy..

The second thing are dress codes.. Some students might show up naked because thats how they appear scariest.. So in order to stop that from happening they have to make everyone not wear costumes.. lots of legal stuff there..

In the end your teachers and stuff are just doing jobs.. just like you probably will have to.. they show up.. they do their job.. they get paid.. they go home.. Just like people who work at Walmart.. or Kmart... so.. really no use doing the whole.. Rage against the machine thing.. just let them do their job.. you do your job.. make life easy for everyone..

well i knwo there are dress codes, but like students shouldnt be un-allowed(if that is a word) to dress up for likehalloween because its jsut stupid. if you follow all the rules and stuff, it should be fine.. like the cleavage things and skirt length, itd be fine that way but i mean set limits.. no masks ect. i just dont understand why make up should be such a hudge factor.. i wasnt harming anyone being myself. everyone thinks its unique with the blood dripping from the eyes and i liked it... it doesnt bother me i mean i do get some peopel to stare weirdly at me but i dont mind, i dress the way i do and no matter how anyone dresses they will always get some type of "strange/odd" look.. you know?
