all my scars are on my knees, couple from crashing off my bike when i was a kid another for falling of a round about when i was a kid and got a stone jammed up my knee. that was a good one! the way the stone tore into my knee i could open it up to investigate!

the rest are mainly from toy fighting with my cat or the b/fs.

I have some cut scars on my legs by my ankle on both of my legs from when I was 11-14. And I have a scar on the inside of my middle finger on my right hand because a dog bit off my finger and they had to re-attach it. I have scars on my butt from when a dog bit me. I have scars from allergies all over that look like freckles now. And I have a scar above my nose from falling on a deck and the edge hit my face. Oh and a big scar under my chin from when I fell off a bunk bed. And the last one I can think of is the scars on my knees.. I was a tomboy when I was younger.. I feel off of shit all the time.

Answer to original question...several.

As far as how do I feel about them, they're just there. Little I will do about them at this point without the help of plastic means. I sometimes don't really pay much attention to them and other times they are reminders. I take the approach of that they are like any other physical characteristic (body parts, scars, tattoos, etc.) that has changed over time and say they tell part of the story of my existence on Earth.

Amazingly, I only have one scar. It's the incision for hernia surgery about 15 years ago.

For the blessedly ignorant men, when the doctor does the turn-your-head-and-cough thing, and you actually have a hernia, a lightning bolt of pain will shoot through your body. I had to grab the table to keep from falling down.

I have a nice one on my right pointer where my hand lost a battle with a glass bottle.

10" starting above my right ear and going around to the back of my head, tried to scalp my self during a car wreck. A dimple down my right middle finger when I was first learning to use my sword without a handle guard, seems thousands of years of perfecting the weapon wasn't clue enough for me. A half inch in the middle of my left forearm from a pocket knife some kid thought was cool to bring to school (5th grade), Dimple above my right eye from dear horns. and a ton more minor one due to being stupid kid that plays with knives tomuch.

Yeah actually I have a fear of dogs but after I spend a couple hours with them I am ok. But when I first go into someones house and there is a dog... its not a good thing. It scares me .. expecially when they are barkers and growlers. UGH just thinking about it makes me cringe. I got bit in the butt because a dog in a cage got loose and it was a mean one. It came for me of course. And the hand one.. when I was about 6-7 years old.. my older brother put my hand in this dog's cage to see what would happen.. funny enough he found out. The fucking dog took my finger off.

Lets see where to begin: I have a short scar over my sternum from a chunk of wire, I have one at the base of my left thumb from a steak knife, one on the same thumb just below the nail, I dunno from what, two burn scars on each arm from a donut fryer(the equipment, not the person), I have one on the tip of my ring finger, which was remove while cutting potatos, the base of my palm and my left hand from a pipe(my left hand is abused) one on my right shin from a brick wall. I have a matching set of scars in the middle of my back, from god knows what(though I suspect I can blame my stepmother) gouge in my left knee, from bike training.... and one on the inside of my right elbow that looks like a scar, but has three pits at one end, one on either side, and then one at the tip

I have a few scars myself, from prangs as a child mostly none of them recent enough though

well, most of my scars are gone.
There are three that still remain. to a degree...
1 the one on my forehead that involved 8 stitches when i was 2 1/2 years old.
2 the one on my elbow from when i was 4 years old.
3 part of one that was originally 6 inches long on my forearm. now it's just about 1/2 inch long.


seems my body learned how to repair itself as i grew older.. the only one thats really noticeable is the one on my elbow..
