Well I don't see any pics in your pic thread...

What the fu-------rrrrrrrrrr. I don't know how I did that...probably with my fiddling in the options section....is there a way to undo that? Or do I just have to post them again?

Mmm k.....well, would you mind lending some advice then...about my photos? Is it possible to fix the unflattering aspects of them? Like drawing the viewers attention to something positive? Or am I just doomed to being captured badly on photo paper?

Firstly the lighting is not doing you any favours, you are better off taking the pics in a better lit room than relying on a cheap flash unit supplied with most cameras these days. Either that or put an orange filter or peice of plastic over the flash to produce better skin tones.

Secondly the pics are very badly cropped and don't do your face shape any good. I'm guessing you shot them yourself, either get a little tripod and use the comp to take the pic or a self timer, or get a friend to take them...

If people didn't think that someone else would say positive things about their appearance they wouldn't post pics in the first place. It's all quite narcissistic really.

People should know by now that looks are something I'm not gonna bullshit a person about...

i disagree with that, i know i never posted pics to be told how pretty i looked..i have a mirror for that! on the other hand i dont think i have ever posted a normal picture of myself..i prefer trying to make people laugh rather than be told how lovely i look.
