I read an article in the local newspaper the other day. The article was about a substance that has been illegal since the early 1900's, that now thanks to somewhat relaxed fedral regulations last may, is now rapidly becoming legal once again, and is coming out in atleast 27 states(Though you folks in Utah are probably fucked on this one ). I am talking about the Green Devil here folks, Absinthe, and it is once again back in America, legally.

You could get absinthe for years pretty much anywhere in the united states. It was just illegal to actually sell it inside of any retail or business environment. But there is no law against possession Never was.
You just had to have your own avenue of purchase. Now you will be able to purchase a couple different kinds. Legally.
It is not worth 65$$ a bottle. That is a crazy price. 20$ is more like it
