Police Baby Punch Scandal





A senior Russian policeman could face 10 years in jail after he allegedly punched a baby in the face during demonstrations in Vladivostok.



The officer, who was caught on camera throwing a punch towards a mother and her young child, has been suspended and if found guilty of assault could be jailed.

Investigation launched

Russian president Vladimir Putin has been informed of the incident and an investigation launched.

The alleged attack happened during a street protest by fish processors who were complaining they had not been paid for more than a year.

The whole incident was caught on camera and has caused national uproar across the vast country.




I think this is a conspiracy.. The baby is biting the officer!!

that's right....blame the kid or the russians when you know it was *really* the camera man who set up the whole shot because he was hocked up on goofballs.....

No doubt. The mother had obviously coached the little girl to shout anti-establishment epiphets at the officers. She had it coming.

The news report said the child received the full force of the jab, I agree with you two, it looks like the mother did.

Oh, and can the mother get charged for assault on a police officer? She flailed her arm first.

she also pushed the younger officer earlier in the video. i say put the mom in jail and sell the kid into slavery.
