well hopefully you wont make as big a deal of it as some ppl, i mean c'mon, give me a fucking break, its really not that bloody difficult. Either you can do it, or you can't. If you can, its easy. If you cannot, then don't bother fucking trying.

this thread is my way of coping with stress when i would usually go have a cig.


p.s. its not really that fucking easy to quit, im not using the patches, or gum or any of that crap.


so when i get pissed off or something its very difficult indeed to resist punching them in the fucking eye or teeth.

I quit cold turkey after 14 yrs of smoking, no patch, no nothing. If i want to punch someone in the head, I wanted to do it weather i was smoking or not, quitting smoking certainly didn't make it any worse, or make me want to take out anything on anyone. The stupid ppl do a good enough job of that on thier own. I guess what i will ask, if your life relies so much on ciggs that quitting makes you all stupid, then why quit? keep smoking then. Its obviously better for you.

I had quit smoking after 12 years...got up one day and lit up, the smoke tasted like shit so I put it out and walked away.

about 5 years later I started again, and have gone on and off since then. been 2 months since my smoke
