Watching the news today (Cincinatti, Ohio), they found ANOTHER body (which I presume is a teenager, black, and female) burned to a crisp and left in a park in Avondale (which is in a ghetto region of Cincy). In the state that produces more serial killer's than any other, we don't really seem to have many memorable one's committing their acts in Ohio. So, yeah...I'm excited! Yeeee!

And no, it's not really that there's a rise in serial killers (they've always been there), and it's not that we're really noticing them more, it's just that they're easier to spot earlier because of all the profiling and knowledge of them.

I am not even sure what your point is at this point. Are you saying Six has no female loved ones?

First off, serial killers usually do tend to hunt within their own "ethnic pool," although there are exceptions...like Dahmer, Ramirez, etc. And yes they usually do aim for what is "readily acceptable" as long as what is "readily acceptable" is what they're on the prowl for. Technically speaking, white females are the most targeted, specifically prostitutes. So, the fact that these crimes involved young black females is sort of out of the norm of serial killer behavior...but that doesn't mean it's not the work of one.

Anywho, yes, I know it's nothing to make fun of, but I just find it extremely interesting is all, and the idea that a serial killer might be prowling an area where I've lived and where a friend lives does kind of intrigue my interest. Personally though, given the nature of the crimes, the location of the bodies, I wouldn't be surprised if they were race related or gang related.

Oh, and not all of Dahmer's victims were male homosexuals. Specifically his first victim and one of his last, the Asian boy so infamously known.
