You can get lung cancer without being a smoker Lily. Just like you can have a heart attack and be in perfect shape. There are other factors in the world that contribute to our health.

you can get lung cancer caused by cigarettes from not smoking, it's called passive smoking. and yes you can get lung cancer from not smoking. cancer is wierd, once set off in one part of your body it spreads. and can set up home in another part of your body and do more damage there than where it was set off.

and even after quitting smoking, for many years, the damage is still done, and you can get cancer because of it.
