I'm hoping it doesn't get to the point where it's a problem here in the states and such, but I don't think that the anti-choicers are going to stop and be satisfied with SC. There will probably still be underground abortionists if the whole country is swayed to such a way of thinking, but I'm probably thinking a bit down the line.

if i ain't mistake, abortion is a federal law controlled by the powers of the constitution, hence SC couldn't have made abortion illegal........according to the law, an unborn child is not considered a human until it can have the ability to sustain life from the mother's womb....which is roughly around 2 months prior the birth (i think)......hence, you are allowed to have an abortion up to a certain time....are you sure they just didn't fuck with some of the "rules" pertaining to abortion.....such as methods, or how far along the pregnancy is?......because that, they can do.....

I'm not saying that abortion will solve the problem. It helps a bit, but fuck, people, condoms are there for a reason. And it irritates me that people in Africa choose to stick to their old ways. So me on abortion: Completely depends on the situation. (I'm a big situationalist, or whatever.) If it's a hooker or something, Get the pill, bitch.
If it's a rape victim, an immature/inexperience girl: Good. Kids don't fully realize the consequences of their actions, and rape victims...well, they don't have a fuckin' choice. So it depends on the situation.

do you know how the rules of overpopulation work? if you don't, then i shall tell you......okay, so far China is the only one enforcing this law....but itz only in eastern china (hong kong and shit)......okay, china has 2/3's the world population on 1/8 of the world's land....or some shit like that.......anyway, where you work in china determines where you live, what building, and the law of families.....the way it works over there, is you sing a contract that says "I will have only one child"......if you have anymore children, they simply reduce your weekly salary, take away benefits, possibly fire you too!!!!! thatz what happens.....but like i said, not everyone in china is subject to this law......depending on status in culture, you can have up to like 3 kids i think......and certain chinese religions are exempt from this law, as well as the "commoners....the mountain range inhabitants"......those people can have as many kids as they want

I've heard that when you have another child in China, they don't wait for people to find out, they just get rid of the new kid. Or, if they're first baby is a girl, they get rid of her because having a girl isnt as good as having a boy or some shit like that...

A) in china, as i said, you live where your job says to, and how and the hell is a woman gonna hide a pregnancy from everyone, except her husband, for nine months....itz pretty hard to do......B ) you can't kill the child (another commone myth), thatz illegal no matter what.....C) china needs women....there's like an 8 to 1 ratio over there.....so women = good.........D) thre law works pretty good....in fact, it works so well that they've only had a few problems where it doesn't......

also, it is interesting to note that if you have a kid, then get divorced, and your spouse also has a kid from a prior marriage, the both of you can have a kid together regardless.......the law is very complicated (and like i said, doesn't apply to everyone in china...only people like hong kong and shit)
