I have never had a damn migrane this bad for years. Can't close my eyes cuz it hurts, I feel sick and dizy, can't move very much or talk without it hurting. I think I OD'ed on pain killers, its just not helping at all.... Any suggestions? Tried feverfew, Got no weed left and the asprin is not working.

1) you need to get off the computer.
2) you need to sleep. try and take something that will knock you out like tylenol pm or something similar.

I haven't been on the computer very long, its actually helping a little but I still feel ill, its like my eye is being sucked into my skull or something.

staring at the computer monitor isn't going to help, trust me. if aspirin doesn't help then you may want to drink a soda or some coffee. the caffeine will act as a vaso-constrictor and slow the amount of blood pumping into your head. make sure you sleep though, that's really the only way to get through it without the pain.

stupid home remedies:

1. tie a scarf around ur head really tight..
2. eat something very very bitter

helps sometimes.. and yea.. arsiniks right.. dont look at the computer screen.

Do you suffer from bad migranes ArSiNiK? I mean you know what ot do Im just wondering if you suffer from them?

i used to get them really bad, but *knock on wood* i haven't had a bad one in about 2 years. now, stop reading this screen and go to bed or at least lay down in a dark room for a while.

I get those type of headaches too, Len...it's a real bitch! The only thing that sets them off for me is getting too little sleep--and they split 50/50 for the technicolor yawn scale....depending if I can head them off in time.

Just go be quiet in a dark room---that always works.

well try pressure points... sometimes that helps... what my dad does when ever i get migrain head ach... he would rub my neck for a while... do the pressure points hold it there for a while... then he would pop my neck... then my migrain is gone...
