ive developed a nervous tick when i am upset, or "nervous"...lol. who would have thought.

my upper lip goes heywire. it shakes, and curls up. and then my foot starts to tap on the floor. my shoulders become bright red like im gonna climax, and then my eye's water. its alot. plus i have the usual butterfly's in my stomach. what do yo do?
