Okay, anyone have any suggestions on how to get my fat, ugly, alcoholic, neighbor to STOP pissing by his garage when he's drinking? It's sooo gross, i've told him before when he does that and i'm outside in my back yard i can hear him pissing right by my fence and listening to his sighs of relief are not my idea of a nice afternoon out on my deck... he even does it now out in the winter time. (heard him last night when i was out having a smoke)... i've already said something and evidently he doesn't seem as bothered as i do... i feel retaliation is in order. maybe i should throw pine cones over the fence at him when he's doing it

While that is highly gross, it is his yard... Now, if he happens to get piss on the fence, and it is in fact YOUR fence, you can threaten some kind of legal action. I don't know if you'd want to actually TAKE that legal action, but even threatening him with it could work. I don't know bud, my dad does the same thing behind his garage... and I've never been able to stop him. Good luck.

as boomerang says... if he is pissing on YOUR fence, then its wrong. you can take it up with him and threaten him with legal action.

you could be a right cunt and check out if anyone can see him whilst hes doing it, becuase that could be considered indecent exposure. especially if a child could see him from his bedroom window.

well it is indeed my fence, so i could threaten with legal action. Hey , ya learn something new everyday... i didn't even know it was a crime to piss on somebody's fence.. the indecent exposure thing is true though. Maybe if he was hot i wouldn't mind... but he looks like a spanish version of danny devito... then again, i don't think i would enjoy listening to a "hot" guy pee on my fence either... meh, one never knows...

Uh, in most cities Urination in Public is a crime. Just call the (non emergency) police number and file a complaint. They'll write him an embarassing ticket and he will probably start pissing inside.

Take a pic of him in the act, print 100 copies, and distribute them around the neighborhood.

Or wait until he does it again and yell, "HEY! ARE YOU PISSING IN PUBLIC ON MY FENCE? YOU'RE DISGUSTING!" and have a group of nuns there.

Either that, or local news coverage.

If he's pissing in his own yard then it's not public, in fact he could file a complaint for harassment. The only way to burn is for indecent exposure, like say he's pissing on the sidewalk or in the road, and btw why does it bother you so much, and if it does why don't you just move. Animals do it all the time, whats the difference.
