Today I saw a woman that I hadn't seen in a while, when I'd last seen her she was pregnant and as I was talking with her I noticed that her belly was starting to show. So I joked with her that she was starting to get fat and should go on a diet. She told me that she had lost the twins and was than wracked with grief. Once she had calmed down I asked her if I could try my luck at getting a crotch-dumpling baking in her oven, since her husband apparently lacks the proper recipe for baby-batter. she just started crying even harder. Some people have no sense of humor I swear.
