a) turn off your computer. looking at your monitor never helps.

b) invest in some excedrin migraine. it's chalked full of caffeine and will kill the throbbing. if you don't have any then drink a cup of coffee or a coke, it'll have enough caffeine to help.

c) go lay down in a dark room and sleep.

if you get them often you need to go see a dr...my mother, two of my sisters and myself get migrains so bad all we can seem to do is throw up and curl up into a ball....

they have medicin that you can take when you feel one coming on..but if you have a full blown migrain all you really can do is go to the er and get a shot that knocks you out for about 24 hrs or so

Go to a herbalists shop and get some Feverfew tablets, you gould go a gardern centre and just buy the shrub and just eat the leaves when you get a whopper but sometimes they cause mouth ulcers (believe me I know

they actually work and the best thing about them is you can eat them like M&Ms, no side effects or overdose threat.

I get really bad migranes too I went to the doctor and he gave me meds for them but my foster parents wont give them to me s o i go through the day in pain................. STUPID FUCKERS! oh well take a hot bath and relax but if you still live with the same people that is not possible.....to relax any ways. well I cant think of any thing else.

you just have to keep going out the doctors til they find something that works for you, my mum has these tablets that come in a plastic case and you only get 6 at a time, my boyfriend used to get the injections but he doesn't get migraines anymore.

I never get migraines (unless I'm really sick) But I used to get horrible earachs as a child; it felt kind of like someone slowly pushing a hot needle into my ear.
I bet Weed would help a lot.
