Is it possible to get a tan by holding a lamp over yourself? 0_o

I don't think that is possible. We all would have had skin cancer by now. There are some night lights that cause skin cancer.

Anyways, unless you want to get a good tan, why not just get the tanning lightbulbs? They produce ultraviolet lights which help to tan the skin.

if you want to get cancer, smoke.

at least you won't look like a tomato or a roasted sponge if it goes up shit creek.

plus it's quite hard to get smoking wrong. unless you decide to eat the cigarettes or set yourself on fire.
