I can get them both for around the same price and I've read loads of reviews but I'm stucker'd as to which one...

Alright, seriously. I'd go with the Fuji S7000 zoom, I have a camara of the same brand and a different model and it's an excellent and surprisingly versatile camara. Plus that model looks like it would be just the thing for a gentleman who requires compensation . . .

I've already got several FujiFilm camera's mate, its just the flip out and twist LCD on the Nikon is quite appealing...

Well, it is your decision. You're the only one who knows exactly what you are looking for.

Get an Olympus E Volt E-300 Digital SLR ... forget the Fuji Crap ... forget the Nikon in this case as well

Thanks, looked at that, but it seems it's not available in the UK yet. You can get the E300 but not the E-Volt version. Plus as usual we here in the UK get screwed on the price. US E-Volt version is $999, UK basic version works out about $1300. Got to love the UK for fecking us over on everything...

But basically I'm looking for a mid range 5 - 6 million pixels camera, nothing too flashy as I'm not good enough to warrant such spenditure yet. Just something with some good useful features. I liked the flip out and twist LCD on the Nikon because it will allow me to play with interesting angles and get some different and weird shots. Plus I can get a pretty good deal on both of them as they are on sale
